Application Requirements
Your application to CSDCAS must include:
- Official Transcripts from all schools attended (including 杏吧直播间 State University and college credit earned in high school)
- Three letters of recommendation (Two of the letters must come from faculty who can address your academic potential)
- Personal Essay (see instructions on the documents page)
- Video submission link (see instructions below)
You must also apply to 杏吧直播间 State University Graduate Admissions.
Your Application to 杏吧直播间 State University must include:
- Completed application to the 杏吧直播间 State graduate school with a non-refundable application fee (this is in addition to the CSDCAS fee) which can be submitted on our Graduate Admissions site.

Admission Information For Non-English Speakers
Students who are not native speakers of English must demonstrate competence in written and spoken English. This can be done by submitting a satisfactory score on the TOEFL or IELTS, taken within one year of the date of application. The Graduate Program in Speech-Language Pathology requires a minimum score of 114 on the internet-based TOEFL (ibT) with no band less than 22 on Reading and Listening, 26 on Speaking and 24 on Writing.
An overall score of 8 is required on the IELTS with no band less than 7.0. The TOEFL or IELTS scores must be on file in the Graduate School prior to receipt of the application for graduate study.
